Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Customer Care professional to collaborate with Sales, Deductions, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Ops and the Customer Care organization to ensure superior service is delivered to our customers. You will manage orders, provide information, and perform various account management duties to maintain day-to-day operations of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include processing POs, updating customers on order status, and proactively identifying improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer care or related experience.
• College degree preferred; Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven ability to implement internal process improvements to positively impact service levels.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via web, email, EDI or faxed POs from receipt to invoicing.
• Provide timely responses for order status, service requests, pricing, documentation, and invoicing.
• Monitor orders and service levels to meet/exceed customer expectations; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with transportation, supply chain and plant ops to ensure service levels are met.
