Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Customer Care professional in Massachusetts to support order intake and account management for assigned customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Deductions, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Ops and Customer Care to ensure superior service and timely order processing.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer care experience; college degree preferred and Six Sigma a plus. Remote work from home is supported with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer care or related experience.
• College degree preferred; Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions with historical data.

Responsibilities

• Handle order intake and management of POs from receipt to invoicing.
• Provide timely responses to requests on order status, pricing, and documentation.
• Monitor orders, service levels, and patterns; implement improvements.
• Process returns authorizations and assist with deductions resolution.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to meet customer needs.
