Job summary

Amcor LLC in the United States seeks a detail-oriented order management specialist to support our customer-centric organization. You will follow standard processes, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with customers to communicate milestones in line with plant capabilities.

The role involves contributing to continuous improvement, addressing customer needs, and ensuring accurate order data across systems while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree, emphasis on graphic communication or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in a print manufacturing and/or graphic communication environment preferred.
• Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/CS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow Amcor standard processes and comply with service level agreements to support our customer-centric organization.
• Coordinate with the customer and communicates schedule milestones that are achievable based on plant capabilities.
• Participants in continuous improvement projects and initiatives related to internal or external customers to continuously improve.
• Accountable for system data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within order/item management and internal specification maintenance system.
• Build customer loyalty through positive customer engagement and service excellence using conversations about needs and expectations; project timing, product offerings, quality, and pricing.
