Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to be the Face of Amcor, interfacing with external customers and guiding orders through the system. You will build customer loyalty, coordinate with Sales on terms, orders, and inventory, and help resolve issues such as delays, graphics, and quality concerns.

This entry-level role develops cross-functional knowledge of products, order management, and manufacturing processes, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Experience in a Manufacturing and/or Customer Service environment preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Build customer loyalty through positive engagement.
• Process customer orders with accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with Shipping/Operations on delays and alternatives.
