Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an Account Specialist I to serve as the frontline liaison between customers and the Amcor organization in North America. You will process orders, coordinate shipping, and support inventory while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, prompt communication, and teamwork with Sales and other functions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and basic Microsoft Office skills are required for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing and/or Customer Service environment preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Regular attendance.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build customer loyalty through positive engagement with customers.
• Order processing: receive, screen, and process orders for accuracy.
• Monitor orders throughout production and notify Sales of delays, offering alternatives.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and inventory; manage outside warehousing where needed.
• Provide requested documents (BOL, Proof of Delivery, Certificate of Compliance, invoices, inventory reports).
