Amcor is seeking an Account Specialist I to be the primary contact between customers and the Amcor organization in North America. The role supports order processing, shipment coordination and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

You will build customer loyalty through proactive communication, manage order status, inventory, and documentation while learning Amcor's processes and contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; manufacturing or customer service experience helpful.
• Regular attendance and reliable daily presence.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move as needed; computer-based work.
• Proactive in learning and applying new processes; detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Build customer loyalty through positive engagement with customers in North America.
• Collaborate with Sales and other functions on escalated issues such as orders, schedules, and inventory.
• Receive and process orders, monitor status, and provide alternatives to meet commitments.
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and inventory, including non-conformances and documentation.
• Maintain active customer profiles and documentation; support continuous improvement initiatives.
