InteLogix is seeking a dedicated customer support professional to work remotely. You will complete a virtual paid training program and serve as the primary contact for customers with questions about their utility services.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, problem solving, and delivering best-in-class service. Responsibilities include handling inquiries on billing, service changes, and payments, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions.
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple windows/tabs while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with questions about their utility service.
• Handle inquiries on starting/stopping service, billing questions, and payment assistance.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers to solutions.
• Maintain understanding of products, services and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions across tools/platforms accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Aim to exceed customer satisfaction metrics and continuously improve processes.
