Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a customer care specialist to work remotely across the United States. You will handle inbound calls and emails for a major telecommunications client, delivering friendly service and accurate information.

You will explain debt and credit reporting details, offer solutions, educate customers on rights, and maintain professional, compliant interactions while meeting performance goals and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Superb attendance to be available when customers need us.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate multiple windows/tabs while delivering Best-In-Class Customer Experience.
• Ability to stay engaged on the phone throughout shift with minimal distractions.
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls/emails from customers for a major telecommunications company.
• Educate callers on debt and credit reporting details and take appropriate action.
