Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls regarding electric and gas services.
• Educate customers on billing details including charges, payment options, and assistance programs.

• Identify opportunities to add services or upgrades.
• Assist customers with account management, updates to personal information and services.
