Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers nationwide. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions while maintaining a customer-centered approach.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, 6+ months call center experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time remote position with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of call center experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong typing skills required
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent communication over the phone
• Attend to multiple windows/tabs while delivering quality service

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding customers to solutions
• Document customer interactions and transactions across platforms
• Maintain understanding of products, services and policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and elevate complex problems
• Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Work within defined hours with some weekend/holiday shifts
