Job summary

InteLogix is looking for a full-time customer service representative to handle inbound calls from customers nationwide. In this role you will solve problems, provide solutions, document interactions, and uphold best-in-class service while following company policies.

You’ll work with a friendly team and receive paid training, health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts. Strong communication, typing accuracy, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions.
• Possess computer/technology savvy and operate multiple windows/tabs while providing customer experience.
• Typing assessment required.
• Schedules vary based on job factors.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
