Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls to educate employees on healthcare benefits and 401k, resolving complex HR and financial questions.
• Process transactions such as enrollments, payroll updates, and retirement elections with accuracy.
• Initiate outbound calls to update customers on cases and outcomes.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to support and assist customers during live calls.
• Collaborate with third parties to research and respond to inquiries.
