Alight Solutions Ltd is hiring a Customer Care Representative to work virtually from home. The role handles high-volume inbound calls, educates employees on health benefits, 401(k) savings, leaves of absence and payroll, with training provided.

Applicants must reside in allowed states, bring strong empathy and communication, and be able to work flexible hours. The position offers a full benefits package, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, dependable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt.
• Ability to multi-task using several applications while talking with customers.
• Remote positions require high-speed internet and a wired setup.

Mansioni

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll.
• Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections.
• Initiating outbound calls to update customers on pending cases or other topics.
• Leveraging computer navigation skills to navigate tools and systems while managing a live interaction with the customer.
• Communicating with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquires.
