Alight is hiring Ambitious Customer Care Representatives to work virtually from home. You will assist employees with questions about healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task using several Windows applications while assisting customers on the phone.
• Flexibility to work a specified shift and extended hours as necessary.
• Remote work readiness: high-speed broadband and a wired setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls to answer questions about healthcare benefits, 401k, and payroll.
• Process transactions such as enrollments, tax updates, direct deposits, and retirement elections.
• Initiate outbound calls to update customers on pending cases or other topics.
• Navigate a robust set of tools and systems to provide accurate answers while interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with third parties to research and assist customers.
