Qualifications

• At least 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and empathy.
• Ability to multi-task and use multiple software systems.
• Flexibility to work a specified shift and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from employees to answer questions and provide education.
• Process transactions such as health enrollments, 401k updates, and retirement elections.
• Initiate outbound calls to update customers on pending cases.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers on the phone.
• Communicate with third parties to research updates or inquiries.
