Alight Solutions is seeking ambitious Customer Care Representatives to work virtually from home. You will handle inquiries related to healthcare benefits, 401(k) savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll, serving clients across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes empathy, excellent communication, and the ability to learn complex information quickly. A high-volume, fast-paced environment with flexible hours and remote-work options is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
• Internet Connectivity Requirements for remote positions and hardware readiness.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions and resolve HR/financial issues.
• Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions.
• Initiate outbound calls to update customers on cases and topics.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while maintaining live customer interactions.
• Communicate with third parties to research and assist customers with updates.
