Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees about health care benefits, 401k, and payroll.
• Process transactions such as enrollments, tax updates, 401k changes, and retirement elections.
• Make outbound calls to update customers on cases and pending items.
• Navigate multiple tools and screens to provide accurate information during live interactions.
