Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions is seeking inbound Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote role, helping individuals access essential government programs. You will provide clear, calm support and coordinate scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved.

The position emphasizes independent work within a remote team and requires fluent English, prior remote CSR experience, and completion of credentialing and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (additional education preferred).
• Remote customer service experience, especially in call-based environments.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
• Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and follow directions completely.
• Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.
• In-depth understanding of web navigation, computer applications, multitasking (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word).
• Must be able to read, understand and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets when needed.
• Schedule appointments at designated service locations.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers stay informed.
