You will be the first point of contact, delivering clarity, calm, and practical solutions in every interaction, while documenting inquiries and resolutions for continuous improvement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior remote customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and quick rapport-building.
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.

• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and ticket creation.
