Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise planning, bookings, and pre-sale support. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions about excursions, and guide advisers through self-service tools.

You will also document guest preferences, upsell staterooms, and collaborate with the outbound team to convert inquiries into bookings while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• 6 months -1 year previous sales and customer service REQUIRED.
• This is a fulltime role.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls from guests and travel advisers experiencing technical issues with Carnival's systems.
• Troubleshoots issues and escalates to IT support when needed.
• Completes pre-sale transactions and guides guests on self-service applications.
• Assists guests with shore excursions and options based on preferences.
• Converts sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences and submitting leads.
