Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Florida is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests through the booking journey, plan itineraries, answer vacation questions and submit leads to the outbound team for bookings.

You will upsell cruises and protection, support pre-cruise sales, and handle technical questions about Carnival's websites and self-service tools, while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year in sales and customer service preferred.
• Must be able to work fulltime with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Training: 7 weeks; first 5 weeks 9:30–6:30 EST, next 2 weeks 1:30–10pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers about technical issues on Carnival platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT for complex problems.
• Assist with pre-sale transactions and self-service navigation guidance.
• Provide cruise recommendations and upsell staterooms and vacation protection.
• Document guest preferences and submit leads to outbound sales.
• Support peak times across teams and participate in training.
