Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise bookings, itineraries, and vacation planning while addressing technical questions about our portals. You will convert inquiries into bookings, upsell staterooms, and support pre-cruise sales.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and a proactive approach to privacy and compliance, with training and weekend shifts included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• 6 months -1 year previous sales and customer service REQUIRED.
• Must be able to work 1:30-10 during the week and 1 weekend day shift from 9-6pm est.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers with technical issues on Carnival's portals and website.
• Troubleshoot user-facing issues and escalate complex problems to IT as needed.
• Assist guests with pre-cruise sales and service bookings and upsell opportunities.
