Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to support guests and travel advisers with technical or booking-related questions. You will troubleshoot issues on Carnival platforms, assist with pre-cruise sales, and upsell perks while documenting guest preferences to the outbound team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple systems while maintaining privacy and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year sales and customer service experience required.
• Full-time role with shift 1:30–10 PM and one weekend day (9–6 ET).
• Training schedule Includes 7 weeks of consecutive weeks with specific hours.
• Must have own equipment; $750 stipend after 90 days.
• Must maintain quiet workspace; MACBOOKS/Chromebooks/iPads not supported.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest and travel adviser calls about technical issues with Carnival platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to IT via case system.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests through self-service tools.
• Answer inquiries on shore excursions and compare options.
• Process fun shop and gift orders and service GoCCL functions for bookings.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences and leads.
