Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to engage guests, plan itineraries, answer vacation questions, and convert calls into cruise bookings. You will upsell staterooms and guide customers through self-service portals while addressing website-related issues.

The role includes handling sales inquiries, supporting travel advisers, and creating service cases for IT support as needed. Training and peak-time coverage are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers with technical issues on Carnival platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT as needed.
• Assist guests with pre-sale transactions and navigating self-service portals.
• Guide guests on shore excursions options and ticket availability.
• Process fun shop and gift orders and answer inquiries.
• Assist travel advisers with Goccl functions and profile management.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences and leads.
