Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise planning, bookings, and self-service tools. You will handle inquiries, explain promotions, and support outbound sales leads while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires weekend availability and the ability to work across multiple systems with patience and clear communication. Training will be provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Comfort with multiple systems and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and advisers with technical issues on Carnival's sites and portals.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex IT problems.
• Assist with pre-sale transactions and guide guests in self-service apps.
• Explain shore excursion options and help compare alternatives based on preferences.
• Process Fun Shop and gift orders and support sales conversions.
