Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to handle guest inquiries, support pre-cruise sales, and assist with bookings and excursions. You will navigate multiple systems, document guest needs, and contribute to regional sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Position requires a full-time schedule, weekend shifts, and a 7-week training program with a $750 equipment stipend after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience required.
• Full-time role; must be able to work 1:30-10 during the week and one weekend day shift 9-6 pm EST.
• Initial training: 7 consecutive weeks.
• Training schedule: 1st 5 weeks Mon-Fri 9:30 AM–6:30 PM EST; 2nd 2 weeks Mon-Fri 1:30-10 PM EST.
• Must have own equipment; stipend of $750 offered after 90 days.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace required.
• MacBooks, Chromebooks and iPads are not supported.
• High-speed internet required; WiFi-only setups not permitted.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• January 2027 class.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls from guests and travel advisers regarding technical issues with Carnival systems.
• Troubleshoots issues and escalates more complex issues needing IT support via the IT case system.
• Completes pre-sale transactions and guides guests through self-service portals.
• Answers questions related to shore excursions and helps compare options.
• Handles inquiries about Fun Shop and gift orders.
• Guides travel advisers through Goccl functions and features, including creating online profiles and bookings.
