Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise planning, bookings, and self-service tools. You'll resolve website issues, answer excursion questions, and help guests navigate portals while promoting vacation products and protection plans.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work varied schedules. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience required.
• Full-time role with 1:30-10 shift during the week and one weekend day 9-6 EST.
• Initial Training: 7 consecutive weeks
• Training Schedule: Weeks 1-5 9:30 AM-6:30 PM EST; Weeks 6-7 1:30-10 PM EST
• Must have your own equipment; stipend of $750 after 90 days
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace required
• MacBooks, Chromebooks and iPads are not supported
• High-speed internet required; WiFi-only setups not permitted
• Consistent and reliable attendance required
• This is for the January 2027 class

Responsabilités

• Handles incoming calls from guests and travel advisers with technical issues on Carnival's website and portals.
• Troubleshoots user-facing technical issues and escalates more complex issues needing IT support.
• Completes pre-sale transactions and provides guidance on navigating cruise manager and self-service applications.
• Answers questions related to shore excursions and helps guests compare options based on preferences.
• Handles inquiries about Fun Shop and gift orders.
• Guides travel advisers through Goccl functions and features and assists booking processes.
• Converts sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences and submitting leads.
• Participates in coaching sessions and training with the QA team.
• Supports other areas during peak times.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to policies.
