Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests and travel advisers with cruise bookings, itineraries, and vacation planning. You will convert sales calls into bookings, upsell staterooms, and support guests via website and self-service portals.

You will also handle pre-cruise sales and assist with IT-related service cases while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is REQUIRED.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience is REQUIRED.
• This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest and travel adviser calls about technical issues with Carnival systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT for complex problems.
• Assist guests with pre-sale, bookings, and self-service tools; document needs as leads.
