Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to run multiple cross‑functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive end‑to‑end execution, design efficient workflows, and deliver data‑driven analyses for leadership decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders across teams, document outcomes, and hand off programs to permanent owners with measurable metrics, while supporting strategic cadence like QBRs.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post‑undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations with multi‑stakeholder delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional programs and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with BI/data tooling; SQL helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross‑functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive cross‑team outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows; quantify current state cost and implement replacements.
• Produce analyses for program decisions using data and available AI tooling.
• Document programs and hand them off to permanent owners with lasting metrics.
• Prepare and deliver leadership reviews and recommendations.
• Cover gaps in FP&A, Deal Desk, and operating cadences like QBRs.
