Job summary

Lob is hiring a Business Operations Manager to own and drive multiple cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You’ll shepherd ambiguous problems to documented processes, with named owners and measurable outcomes, delivering executive-level reviews and actionable recommendations.

You will analyze data from Lob's reporting stack, coordinate across teams, and ensure handoffs have lasting ownership and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Strong program management, multi-stakeholder delivery and executive communication.
• Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling; SQL helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive 3-5 cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Coordinate across teams and deliver executive status updates.
• Diagnose workflows, quantify current state costs, and design improvements.
