Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, the Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market. You’ll translate ambiguity into documented, measurable processes with named owners and executive updates.

You’ll run 3–5 concurrent programs, drive outcomes across teams, deliver the analysis behind program decisions, and hand off completed work with durable metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting or corporate strategy, client-facing, multi-stakeholder delivery or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: manage 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states, published status, owners, and completion dates.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: push programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and GTM.
• Deliver the Analysis: provide data-driven analyses using Lob's data/reporting stack and AI tools.
• Hand Off What You Build: document outcomes and transition to a permanent owner with durable metrics.
• Cover the Gaps: backstop FP&A, Deal Desk, and analytics; support QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Program Management Chops: scope ambiguous work, sequence dependencies, and hold non-reporting owners to dates.
