Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive program execution with defined end states, owners, dependencies, and deadlines, delivering executive-ready communications and outcomes across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–7+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, or business operations.
Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or similar.
Strong ability to scope ambiguous work and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states, published status, named owners, and target completion dates.
Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling.
Document each program on completion and transition it to a permanent owner with a sustaining metric.
Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics deliverables and support cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
Demonstrate program management across teams that don’t report to you with accountability for deadlines.
