Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will translate ambiguous problems into documented processes, assign owners, and drive measurable outcomes across teams that don’t report to you.

You’ll deliver rigorous analyses from Lob’s data and AI-enabled tools, document the results, and hand off ownership with durable metrics. Strong communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with ownership.
• Industry fit in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM teams.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows across multiple teams and systems.
• Deliver analyses using Lob's data, reporting stack, and AI tooling.
• Document completed programs and hand off to permanent owners with durable metrics.
• Present program reviews and recommendations to the leadership team.
