Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will move ambiguous problems to documented, measured processes with named owners and clear success metrics.

You will analyze data from Lob's reporting stack, coordinate teams that don't report to you, and ensure executive communication drives timely delivery while maintaining operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations with multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics or similar operational domain preferred.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state, status, owners, and target dates.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Push programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
• Deliver the Analysis: Use Lob's data and available AI tooling for program decisions.
• Hand Off What You Build: Document each program on completion and transition it to a permanent owner with a survivable metric.
• Cover the Gaps: Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics, and support company cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Program Management Chops: Manage ambiguities and dependencies across multiple organizations.
