CONTACT Care Line is seeking full-time Crisis Counselors for a fully remote role in the United States. Shifts are 8.5 hours, with weekend days required, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will assess suicide risk, provide compassionate support, and document interactions according to guidelines. Responsibilities include responding to 988 chat, text, and calls, following safety procedures, and collaborating with the team via Slack and Teams.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or related field.
• Ability to stay calm and apply logical reasoning in high-stress situations.
• Skilled at identifying and responding to imminent risk with clinical awareness.
• Proficient in using web-based tools for documentation and communication.
