Job summary

CONTACT Care Line is seeking a Crisis Counselor for a fully remote, full-time role. Shifts are 8.5 hours with both weekend days required. You will assess suicide risk, provide compassionate support, document interactions, and coordinate safety plans with visitors.

As part of a remote team, you will use Slack and Teams for communication, maintain confidentiality, and follow clinical, legal, and operational standards. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
