Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate creators through detailed feedback, training calls, and trend spotting. The role focuses on coaching creators in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC programs, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and daily engagement on Discord.

This fully remote position requires 2+ years of hands-on coaching experience, English fluency, and the ability to work across US/Canada timezones. A performance bonus opportunity is available as the program scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or coaching in a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC creator program.
• Ability to review content submissions and provide detailed feedback.
• Fluent in English and comfortable remote work with US/Canada timezone overlap.
• Experience running live training calls and managing creator communities (e.g., Discord).

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data and trends.
• Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord to maintain engagement.
• Track performance and allocate coaching time to high-potential creators.
