Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate creators, review every submission, and provide detailed written and verbal feedback. You will run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who drive GMV across Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy.

The role requires 2+ years hands-on training experience in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or a DTC affiliate program, with proven results. Fully remote, with US/Canada timezone overlap and potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or performing as a creator in a TikTok Shop or Trybe affiliate program, or as a high-performing DTC creator.
• Proven ability to diagnose what makes creator content convert and provide actionable feedback.
• Fluent in English and able to work fully remote with US/Canada timezone overlap.
• Comfortable managing a Discord community and running daily reviews and training calls.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator submission with detailed, specific feedback to improve performance.
• Run regular training calls and provide live coaching based on current TikTok data.
• Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators before they ask.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and drive engagement.
• Track performance and allocate coaching time to creators with highest upside.
• Help scale the program to grow GMV per creator over time.
