Job summary

LTK is seeking a Senior Creator Success Partner to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction for top creators. You will coach senior stakeholders, build durable partnerships, and scale coaching across teams using data-driven insights and AI tools.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class creator experience, shaping strategy and programs for long-term success. This remote role emphasizes executive presence and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Creator/Influencer Management, Coaching, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated success coaching senior stakeholders using data and insights to drive behavior change.
• Proven ability to meet growth, retention, and revenue targets across a portfolio.
• Strong executive presence and storytelling skills for top-tier talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into coaching actions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value creators as senior strategic advisor.
• Deliver high-quality coaching to increase performance and drive revenue growth.
• Develop long-term relationships through tailored communication and growth goals.
• Partner with creators to define goals and co-create strategic plans.
• Lead high-visibility creator situations with cross-functional teams.
