Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to coach creators, review submissions, and deliver detailed feedback. The role involves running training calls, spotting trends, and developing creators who drive GMV across Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on training creators in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC programs, with a proven track record of improving content performance. Remote, with US/Canada timezone overlap, and a performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience training creators, reviewing content submissions, and giving detailed feedback.
Fluent in English and able to work fully remote with US/Canada time overlap.
Proven ability to coach creators to improve content performance and GMV.
Experience with training calls, trend spotting, and building scalable programs.

Responsibilities

Review every creator submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
Run regular training calls with creators, based on current data and performance trends.
Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators before they ask.
Manage the creator community on Discord, fostering engagement and momentum.
Track performance and prioritize coaching where impact is highest.
