KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to join our team and elevate creator performance. You will review submissions, give detailed feedback, run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who convert and drive GMV.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on coaching in a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC program or proven creator results. This is a fully remote role with US/Canada timezone overlap and potential performance bonuses.

• Ability to review content submissions and provide detailed feedback.
• Experience running training calls and coaching creators to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Run regular training calls and share current best practices for conversion and GMV.
• Spot trends and push ideas to creators proactively.
• Manage the Discord community and maintain engagement.
• Track performance and prioritize coaching where impact is highest.
