Job summary

KittySpout is a fast-growing DTC brand that sells stainless steel cat water fountains and accessories. Fully remote with a focus on coaching creators, you will review submissions, provide detailed feedback, and run training calls to improve content performance and GMV.

We value data-driven coaching, daily trend spotting, and strong communication in English. You’ll work directly with founders and scale a program aimed at $100m+ revenue, with a performance bonus opportunity as you grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or coaching in a creator program.
• Able to review content submissions and provide detailed feedback.
• Experience running training calls and live coaching based on data.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator submission with actionable feedback.
• Lead regular training calls with creators and share current conversion insights.
• Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators ahead of demand.
• Manage the creator community on Discord to sustain engagement.
• Track performance and allocate coaching time to high-potential creators.
• Scale the program with more creators and higher GMV per creator.
