Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate our creator program. You will review every submission, deliver detailed written and verbal feedback, run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who convert and drive GMV.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years hands-on experience coaching creators in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or a DTC creator program, with a proven track record and strong English communication. Fully remote role with US timezone overlap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or coaching in a relevant program.
• Experience reviewing creator submissions and giving detailed feedback.
• Proven results as a creator or coach with GMV/content performance data.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working fully remote.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC creator programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data.
• Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators.
• Manage the creator community on Discord.
• Track performance and prioritize coaching time.
• Help scale the program to more creators and higher GMV.
