Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate creators across our luxury DTC brand. You will review every content submission, provide detailed written and verbal feedback, run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who drive GMV.

The role requires 2+ years hands-on training experience, content-review expertise, and fluency in English. This is a fully remote position with collaboration with founders in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators.
• Experience reviewing content submissions and giving detailed feedback.
• Experience coaching via live training calls and running group sessions.
• Proven track record with TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC creator programs.
• Fluent in English; fully remote; timezone overlap with US/Canada preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback within 24 hours.
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data.
• Spot trends daily and push them to creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and keep creators engaged.
• Track performance and prioritize coaching for high-upside creators.
• Onboard new creators through a structured training flow within 7 days.
• Deliver weekly creator performance reports to the Partnerships Lead.
