Job summary

KittySpout, a premium DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains, is seeking a Creator Content Coach to review creator content, provide detailed feedback, run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators who convert and drive GMV.

The role is fully remote with English fluency and requires 2+ years hands-on coaching in a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC affiliate program. You will work closely with the founders to scale our program and help grow revenue significantly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or performing as a creator inside a TikTok Shop or Trybe affiliate program, or as a high-performing DTC creator yourself.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission with detailed, actionable feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data.
• Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and maintain engagement.
