Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to review submissions, provide detailed feedback, and run training calls to elevate creators with a focus on content that converts and drives GMV.

We value hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or a DTC creator program, and strong English skills. This is a fully remote role with rapid growth opportunities and a clear path to scale our creator program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or coaching in a TikTok Shop/Trybe/DTC program.
• Fluent in English; fully remote; timezone overlap with US/Canada.
• Experience managing a Discord community and running training calls.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when needed.
• Proven results with GMV or content performance numbers.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators focused on what’s converting now.
• Spot trends daily and push them to creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord and maintain engagement.
• Track performance and prioritize coaching for high-potential creators.
• Help scale the program with more creators and higher GMV per creator.
