Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is hiring a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end creative initiatives from concept and design approval through print production and install. You own the workback schedules, trackers, and status reporting that give every team a clear view of what's due and when, coordinating design work so requests reach the right people at the right time.

You’ll drive internal accountability, flag risks early, and shield the creative team from distractions so work ships on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience.
• Proactive and able to follow the crumbs when answers aren’t clear.
• Demonstrated strength with detailed record keeping across multiple projects.
• Strong command of workback schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own master workback schedules and keep deadlines aligned across teams.
• Coordinate design work to ensure requests reach the right people on time.
• Maintain a centralized tracker and dashboard for project health.
• Provide regular status reports and flag risks early.
