Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative initiatives—from concept through print production and install. You will own workback schedules, trackers, and status reports, coordinating design work so requests reach the right people at the right time.

You’ll flag risks early to protect the team’s focus, ensuring on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Account, Creative, and Operations teams, manage resourcing, and track

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• A proactive ability to follow the crumbs when answers aren’t clear.
• Strong record keeping for multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid command of workback schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the master workback schedules and trackers across teams.
• Coordinate design work and ensure deadlines are clear and met.
• Maintain centralized trackers and dashboards as the single source of truth.
• Drive regular status communications and keep timelines current in meetings.
• Flag risks early and protect the creative team’s focus to ship on time.
• Collaborate with Account and Production on deliverables and priorities.
• Support resourcing by monitoring bandwidth and availability.
• Track scope and hours and flag potential overages to leadership.
