Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end creative initiatives from concept through print and install. You will own master workback schedules, track delivery, and coordinate design work to ensure on-time, on-spec results across Creative, Account, and Production teams.

You will drive weekly status reports, protect team focus, and proactively flag risks while maintaining a centralized dashboard as the single source of truth for project health.

Formación

• 3+ years in project management or creative operations.
• Proactive and organized, with strong record-keeping.
• Strong ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
• Effective communication across Creative, Account, and Production teams.
• Collaborative, low-ego attitude and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Own master workback schedules (internal and client-facing) and pull key dates from briefs, RFIs, and contracts, keeping them aligned across teams.
• Coordinate design work to ensure deadlines and deliverables are clear and achieved.
• Maintain a centralized tracker and dashboard with deliverables, deadlines, and status updates as the single source of truth for project health.
• Drive regular status reports and keep timelines current in status meetings and communications with teams.
• Keep the Creative Director and Creative Services Manager informed on overall project health.
• Coordinate and manage all design requests from Account and Production, prioritizing by timeline and urgency.
• Communicate regularly with Account and Production on deliverable status and progress.
• Identify upcoming deliverables with Producers and Creative, flag risks or blockers early.
• Plan staffing and resource allocation by monitoring team bandwidth and availability.
• Track project scope and hours versus plan, flagging potential overages to management.
