Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end creative initiatives—from concept to print production and install. You will own workback schedules, trackers, and status reporting, coordinating design work to ensure deliverables reach the right people at the right time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple projects.
• Experience maintaining workback schedules and deadlines.
• Effective communication across Creative, Account, and Production teams.
• Ability to anticipate risks and blockers early.
• Collaborative, low-ego work style; versatile in supporting multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own master workback schedules and trackers across internal and client-facing timelines.
• Coordinate design work to ensure deadlines are clear and met.
• Maintain accurate status reports and dashboards for project health.
• Provide regular status communications to Creative Directors and stakeholders.
• Flag risks early and allocate resources accordingly.
• Collaborate with Producers and Creative to plan resourcing.
